Refugee Children’s Consortium – Briefing on Charging Regulations 2014

”We believe that the proposed NHS charging provisions will serve to discourage
refugee and migrant children and families’ from accessing healthcare services.
This is very likely to have a detrimental impact on children’s health, well-being
and safety as well as on public health”
